    Hope you all have a good evening at Almscliff. I’ve had physio today and strict instructions to rest my shoulder so I won’t be making it tonight.

    I am planning on a Red Goat session tomorrow morning when it opens if anyone fancy’s meeting up.

    Due to a late lift and not leaving York till 18.30 we will not be braving the weather this week and plan to go to Harrogate Climbing Wall so anyone planning to go to the wall we will see you around 19.00. I will have two new members with me, Tommy and Dawn.

    Does anyone else have a spare seat on Thursday, leaving York between 4.30 – 5.00? My friend Dawn is wanting to come along with a view to joining the club. She used to climb and ski but had an accident and now just wanting to get back into climbing.

    If you can let me know on here or text me and I’ll make the arrangements.
