    I am up for a Sunday outing … can we consider appropriate rendezvous times transport etc?
    Could offer transport from the Knavesmire at a reasonably timely juncture.

    I wonder if achieving consensus by some kind of online “referendum” is the right approach. I propose that a much more workable decision about destination and venue should be an educated and informed choice made by our existing democratically elected legislative chamber…(just saying).

    I would be up for this. Preferred location: Southern Highlands (By The Way at Tyndrum is an excellent venue, But Lakes would be cool too (“Dave’s Hut”, or the unfindable place in patterdale) … esp if we get a spot of Indian Summer.

    With the racing being on might it be prudent to meet at the Fox at 4.40 prior to coordinate departure? The Knavesmire will be cleared of drunks in suits by later in the evening but mid afternoon it might be a bit awkward.
