    The plan for this Thursday (the 3rd) is to meet at The Volunteer Arms (on Watson Terrace, Holgate, YO24 4BH), and to try a couple more out before deciding. We haven’t found anywhere that ticks all the boxes and that everyone is happy with, but there are other pubs to try. The Bay Horse and Slip Inn have also been suggested.

    ** Please note that the clubhas decided to try out The Ainsty for this week only, with a view to possibly trying the Knavesmire next week. **

    Mike and I are also planning to head that way, but were thinking of doing a climb of some sort.
