I’ve never used proper Harveys but frankly for UK climbing and mountaineering and especially in Winter I barely use a map at all when on the ground. The OS maps are good for detailed planning and packing away in case of emergency but I’d agree with Andrew the most useful ones are the BMC ones for compactness and they list the main crags and outcrops. In reality no map shows or can show winter routes or crags in great detail. The planning detail you need comes from route descriptions or google earth or even youtube. Other than that its larger features and the BMC maps are fine for that.
