Owing to a programme change at Elvington Beavers Christmas Party, one of the Elvington Leaders is looking to sell on, a place on this course for 3rd-4th December.
To repeat, this gives astonishing value at a net cost of £75-80 on your doorstep, perhaps half the cost of taking an individual place on a commercially organised course.
There have been reports of ambulance response times getting to 50 minutes even in urban areas. So out in the crags and mountains, in the event of a slip, your mate might be utterly depended upon your knowing what to do.

I would like to mention again what great value this is. The net cost assuming we fill all 12 places is only £75. This is little more than half what it can normally cost. Given our type of activity and locations, plus reports now of extened ambulance response times, it increasingly feels essential to have some up to date first aid knowledge.if anyone can take up Jenny’s place please hurry along. We will need to offer any vacant slots to other clubs over this weekend
