I’m really keen, as love the Cairngorms and have done some winter mountaineering there last year as well as some ‘summer’ adventures (it wasn’t very summery!) last year.
I’ve got good winter skills for hiking/ low grade scrambling (Grade 1/ max 2 in winter conditions) but I’m not a climber and would be looking to buddy up with people of similar experience to hike/ scramble as conditions allow.
It would be good to know if others are going with similar objectives as I would not want to do solo hiking in winter conditions around there – it’s a bit too serious for that round there!
