    …. and for anyone worried that we cannot possibly enjoy the same perfect winter conditions – there are a myriad of outdoor activities possible from a base at Newtonmore regardless of the weather conditions, from winter climbing, hillwalking, low level options (for really dire weather) and mountain biking.

    I’d love to come but have minimal winter skills-will there be enough trips before hand that means I will have enough by the time of the trip? Or I could tag along for other activities I guess! Hmm

    Hey Rhianna,
    I don’t believe there is a bench mark experience level for club trips(?), but my personal opinion / experience would recommend being self reliant / competent in the winter environment.
    This is a personal judgement but I would also recommend talking to other people on the trip (either in the pub or climbing wall) to make sure there is someone with similar objectives.
