I’m off to Scotland this week so here’s an early post to remind everyone about what’s going on.
Tuesday will be the Red Goat evening session. Starting at about 5pm.
Thursday evening club climbing will be at Harrogate Wall. Probably the Cricketers pub afterwards.
A place on the Wales trip on the 18th to 20th Oct may be available. If you’d like to join the trip, staying in the Glan Dena Hut, please contact Emma W asap.
The tee-shirt order is about to be placed. If you would like a shirt please contact Nathan R or comment directly on the tee-shirt forum post and pay your £20 to the club account. I’ll post the bank details on WhatsApp.
There are a couple of spaces available on the First Aid Course. This is extremely good value for all hill-goers and essential for maintenance of the ML qualification. The course may be open to non-members to fill the slots. Please contact Carwyn E if you’re interested or if you know of someone who would like to join the course.
This week, Tuesday the 8th, there is a BMC regional meeting which can be attended in person or online. Next week, the 15th, the BANFF film festival will be at Harrogate. The details are on the events and notices page https://www.yorkmc.org.uk/events-calendar/ .
