This week- 6th to the 11th of August

Social climb at the Red Goat is on the cards for Tuesday evening. I’ll be there at 5 and having a pizza afterwards.

Thursday is looking like an indoor climb due to the weather forecast. Harrogate Wall is the venue. I’ll be there by 5. It’s an ideal opportunity for new climbers to meet up and have a relaxed introduction to roped climbing. Please let me know if you intend to show up and will need to be supervised. Post-climbing may well be at Roosters, at the back of the wall.

Lee G is heading to Stanage on Saturday and others are already planning to join him. If you’re interested please get in touch.

The First Aid Course for this year is being organised by Carwyn E. It is of obvious benefit to have current and practical knowledge about what can be done to help in an emergency situation and the club encourages all members to maintain their first aid skills. Our heavily discounted course needs at least one more member to run this year so if you would like to participate please get in touch with Carwyn asap to register your interest.
