This Week 24th to 29th of October

Tuesday pizza session at the Red Goat today. I’ll be there at about 5pm to get in a few climbs before the main event.

Thursday will be indoor climbing at Harrogate wall. I aim to arrive by 5 but will be departing by 8 due to an early start for Scotland the following morning.

This weekend four of us are heading up to Glen Etive in the optimistic hope of finding some decent weather and to bag a group of Munros with Dolly. Weekend activity has been non-stop all year and everyone is encouraged to join in through this medium or WhatsApp to share and create plans.

There is now a kit list on the forum to give some guidance for the winter trips. Anyone not sure about what is best to take or looking for advice can ask me or any other more experienced member. I will post a couple of contacts on WhatsApp where second hand but top quality winter gear and other mountaineering equipment is for sale.
