This week – 20th to 26th January

Tuesday evening will be Red Goat social session. I can’t make it this week. There may be new members going so please post on WhatsApp if you’ll be there and at what time.

Thursday evening will be club climbing at Harrogate Wall. It was a good turnout last week and it’d be great to see another strong presence from the club. It’s the best way to get to know people and be ready for the summer. I’ll be there by 5pm and expect the Cricketers after.

Another period of unsettled weather is expected. Despite last weekend’s weather it was great to see that plenty of us were out and about hiking and climbing. I’ll be in Wales this weekend but doubt if I’ll be up on Crib Goch. Anybody with plans for indoor or outdoor activity please feel free to post your thoughts on WhatsApp or here.

Reminder that membership renewal for 2025 is due. The BMC require us to submit renewals at the end of January so please pay before you become a victim of Derek’s cull. Also, the final payment for the Skye trip is due at the end of the month.
