    Updated MWIS forecast for the Lakes tomorrow looks very good. Cloud-free summits almost certain, -4C at 750m and extensive sunshine. Maybe a bit breezy but not too bad. Maria and I will be heading over there early tomorrow morning, with route choice depending on conditions reports from today. If there’s a chance of things being properly frozen then we may take a look at Brown Cove Crags, but open to suggestions. Who’s in? Happy to give a couple of people a lift.

    Looks like a few of us are heading out tomorrow, leaving york at around 7. There’s room in the car if anyone fancies it – just give me a shout.
