It was great day out Henry. Antoine or I will try and do a trip report.
Started at the Dockray end of the Old Coach Road, walked up to the bridge on the track, then onto the path and skins donned shortly after. Great snow on the flanks of Great Dodd, wind blown and bare on the tops. Down to Watson Dodd and up Stybarrow Dodd, down to Sticks Pass and up Raise. The ski tow was running. Then Hooli, Antoine and I left the others, did a quick run down the “piste” by the ski tow, skinned up to Sticks pass and reversed the route.
Managed to ski down to 100m short of the Coach road. About 20km covered and ~1000m vertical.
