Rock City Hull, Sunday 8th January

On Sunday, being the alternative first Sunday of the month, there will be a group heading to Rock City indoor climbing wall in Hull. Aiming to arrive at about 10am and staying until mid afternoon.

All are welcome. Please post here or on WhatsApp if you’re coming and let us know if you need a lift or have seats available. I’ll be leaving Easingwold at about 8:30, picking up 2 in York at about 9 so will have a space for 1 more.

Rock City have a membership form which can be completed online. If you’ve not been for a while or haven’t been before it will save time to complete this form before you arrive. Climbers out of recency at the venue will have to do a rope and belay test with the staff. This is an ideal opportunity for new climbers to have a go. At Rock City one competent, signed off climber can supervise 2 non-belay qualified climbers. If any current and deemed competent climber is happy to come along and supervise an inexperienced climber please let me know.
