POSSIBLE FEBRUARY HILLS

Looking beyond the Patterdale trip, I hope to continue visiting UK mountains in February. I have the weekend 11th-12th pencilled in for Scotland with my friend from Carlisle, with 18th-19th as reserve. As with dozens of previous trips, others can join if interested.
Paul and I are very flexible, could be something like the Chasm of Beinn Mhic Chasgaig, or Munros to take us into the snowline like last year https://www.yorkmc.org.uk/ben-starav-and-percy-unna/
It is our practice to leave plans wide open, not booking anything until we can get an idea of the weather, and deferring if necessary.

An alternative might be a single day in England. Tracey has posted on Whatsapp to suggest Saturday 11th, and that will suit me too if the Scottish weather doesn’t justify the journey.
