    Back-up notification.
    All Members should have received an email from the Club Secretary Matthew Diggle on 3rd January, asking for your preferences on 4 or 5 variables, in order to fill in the BMC model constitution. Completed Questionnaires are requested by 22nd January.
    Owing to a glitch with the website, Matthew’s email may not have reached a number of Members.
    So if you are a Member and have not received your questionnaire, please contact Matthew.
    If you can login, his email is in the Members List. If the website is not allowing your login (this problem is being investigated) you can email either the “chairman’ or “mail” from the Contacts page.

    This is a reminder that the Club is inviting all members views on the draft Constitution from the BMC, which the Club intends to adopt by Good Friday – as per the decision at the AGM. Please submit your responses to the questionnaire circulated to Matthew D by Monday 22 January. The Committee are meeting on 23 January, when we look forward to reviewing the collated vote results.
