    Although the outlook for both Lakes and Dales is rather cloudy and dull, I am gonna put my boots on again. Chiefly as a fresh air and exercise thing because I have been lacking both of those for several weeks whilst recuperating from my hand operation. So if anyone fancies joining me, I’ll probably go to Penyghent or similar, probably on Saturday

    Hi Andrew, I’d normally love to walk, but I’m going to be doing some avalanche training that day with members of the ski club.

    If anyone in the club wants to join up with that, drop me a line (we’ll be in York at 12pm).
