    Hi all. If anyone is interested in a Bunkhouse weekend in the Lakes next week please let me know by the end of this weekend. There is availability at http://www.gillsidecaravanandcampingsite.co.uk/bunkhouse.html for the nights of Friday 8th and Saturday the 9th of October. It’s an easy place to get to, just uphill from Glenridding and there are many options for mountaineering in the area.

    If sufficient interest, I’ll book the bunkhouse on Monday.

    And me! Looks like it could be wet so I’m guessing a walking weekend? Is it too optimistic to hope for climbing?
