    The first Sunday of September is this weekend. There has been some chat about climbing but the jury’s still out on how the weather will shape up. Saturday looks like rain for sure but Sunday may improve but will it be good enough for outside?

    Anyone interested in climbing can keep in touch with WhatsApp and make plans as the forecast develops. Harrogate Wall and Rock City in Hull are both reasonable contenders for an indoor session. If you haven’t been to Rock City in the last year there is an online form you can fill in to register before you arrive.

    At the moment I can’t attend due to a possible family commitment, however, the forecast for that is equally undecided so maybe I’ll be posting on WhatsApp nearer the time too.
