Dacre Banks walk – Saturday 17th September

This walk was originally planned for earlier in the year but had to be postponed. The walk begins a Dacre Banks and covers some of the Nidderdale way and takes in Brimham rocks.

Distance: 12 miles / 19.3 km
Starting point: SE196619
Time – 5 -6 hours
Climbing: 608 metres
Map: 298 Nidderdale

The walk will depart Dacre Banks at 10am.

Bring appropriate walking clothing and equipment for a full day on the hills in any conditions, including food and drink.

Sounds like Andrew is going to be busy but I’ll be there…..Dacre Banks that is. This will be a great opportunity to meet other club members and get involved, express ideas and have a say in what you would like to see within the club. And enjoy a walk.

WhatsApp can be used to organise lift sharing and on the day planning but can all members try to post here if they’re intending to come.
