    We can’t do 3rd/4th Dec, but might be able to join you on the 17th/18th. We’ll be out in Leeds on the Friday night but could head to the lakes on the Saturday morning.

    I would need a lift from York on Friday to get to Wales. Unfortunately I have to work at least until 4pm, so leaving around 6ish would be good for me too. Mike & Maria, could I get a lift with you guys? Where will you be leaving from? I could also drop off some of my gear on Thursday night in the pub so that I can cycle to wherever you are leaving from in York. Thanks, Roman

    As I’ve never been in a british mountain hut I don’t know if I need to bring my sleeping bag? In some huts in the alps I just needed a thin sleeping bag liner because duvets/blankets were provided. What’s it like in the Helyg Ogwen hut? Thanks.

    I’ll check the details and send an email round, but you normally have to bring a sleeping bag.
