    It looks like the Helyg Hut in Ogwen is free for the weekend of 15/16 October – it sleeps 13 and has good facilities, so provided no one strenuously objects) I’ll book it.

    13 places mixed, facilities include hot water, showers, heating, drying room, cutlery, crockery, fridges, oven, hobs, and microwave, £12 per night.
