I’m trying to cut down on club messages and rolling all the expected weekly activities into one forum post. Club members can respond on WhatsApp, here or direct message. Prospective members interested in joining can get in touch through the email addresses on the contacts page.
Tuesday 28th
Bouldering at the Red Goat. I can’t make it this week, not even for a pizza.
Thursday 2nd March
Indoor climbing at Harrogate. I will be there by 5pm. I anyone wants to go earlier I can probably get there sooner and can pick up from north side of York.
Knavesmire night being the first Thursday of the month. I will be leaving Harrogate to be in the pub for 8pm or thereabouts. This is probably the best opportunity for those going on the Winter Weekend to get together and make plans, borrow equipment and discuss arrangements.
Sunday 5th March
First Sunday of the month. The weather forecast is cold and wet. Owing to the long drive north the following weekend I’m aiming for local indoor climbing session at Harrogate again. 10am start. All welcome. Could be a pleasant social event and perhaps a first opportunity for some members to meet, maybe have a first go at climbing. Also the final chance for Winter Weekend prep.
