    Dave and I have made the difficult decision to go to Almscliff. Not taken lightly, justification for this action was based on a complex combination of transport, parking, logistical, climbing capabilty and canine considerations. So we will be at Almscliff at 5.30.

    John Johnson and I will be going to Armscliff.

    Tonight there are 5 venues

    Almscliff
    Caley
    The Chevin
    Bull Scar
    HCW(although this doesn’t appear on the forum)

    Personally, I think this is a bit of a shame.
    People can do their own thing but on Thursday night I thought it would be bice to be CLUB together.
    Marjan- you say your friend can’t belay. I don’t think The Chevin is a great venue for a beginner.
