    Hi

    I can’t make this Thursday so I’m looking to train tonight at either energise or – if I have to – Red goat. Its the Great Yorkshire show so travelling to Harrogate is a non-starter at the moment.
    Anyone fancy an indoor session ce soir ?

    Yes, I need to train too! Energise or Red Goat – happy with either, but Red Goat is emptier the later you go (after 8.30). What time were you thinking?

    Hi Mat and I are meeting at Energise, timing tbc but probably trying for an early start so I can have an early finish due to work commitments tomorrow.
    Check your FB be good to see you if you can make it.
