    Guys & gals I hope you have a great time tonight, I have had another treatment today from my Osteopath and also had Acupuncture as a consequence of which I will be unable to attend tonight’s climbing or social in the pub.

    Hi Matthew, sorry to mess you around, Freya has just had to cancel for tonight as she is working in Sheffield and won’t finish in time to make it back. She had expected to be travelling back now but things are running over.

    She sends her thanks for the offer of a lift and will see us all next week.
