It’s Christmas Party Week! Venue is the basement room in The House of the Trembling Madness, Lendal. Gathering there from about 7pm on Friday evening. Food platters will be laid on for sharing. Beer will be in plentiful supply but at your own expense.
On Friday morning some of us are heading to the Big Depot for a daytime session of indoor climbing then convening at the Fox for a traverse across York in the general direction of Lendal. Updates will be posted on WhatsApp for anyone who would like to join in.
This week will include a Tuesday bouldering session at the Red Goat with a 5pm ish start. Thursday will be Harrogate Wall for indoor climbing. I’ll be there early but leaving early so I can catch my beauty sleep before the party.
Nothing is planned for the weekend other than a painful recovery from a heavy night on Friday.
The website has been updated now to pay for new membership or renewal of club membership for next year. Please feel free to renew your subscription for 2025. The cost remains as last year at £35. It would be greatly appreciated (and avoid transaction costs to the club) if you paid for renewal via bank transfer to the club acount. Use reference Surname+2025.
On Sunday some of you may have noticed a spam email sent from the club. It occurred during website maintenance and has been dealt with.
