    This year, the Chairman’s Boxing Day Walk will start from Dufton, in the Eden Valley, and climb High Cup Nick. We’ll pop in to the Stag Inn at the end of the walk.

    I shall be in Chorley from Christmas Day. A similar distance to Dufton as from York, so I’m packing some hill gear. However my actual attendance will depend on which hospitals some of my wife’s family are in at the time, and their release arrangements (!)

    I was going to be working on Boxing Day. Not now. I’ll be bringing all the family along (if they can get out of bed) and will see you at Dufton. Have a great Christmas. Dave.
