The AGM is booked to take place at the Knavesmire pub next Thursday, 7 Oct starting at 1900.
For those attending it might be useful to take a look at the club constitution which you will find under the About YMC tab at the top of the page. It lists the standing agenda.
Committee minutes are found under the Membership tab.
I wrote a while ago about the committee with deadlines for submission and these have now passed. With Penny and Andrew stepping down and only a couple of volunteers stepping up, the existing committee met last week and will be proposing the following committee to the membership for the coming year. We would be really grateful for everyone’s input on the voting and ratification process.

As well as our finances, membership fees and the usual opportunity to discuss our club, under my report I will feedback on the recent doodle poll results and notes of thanks.
AGMs can be a dry old thing but they are your chance to have your say on your club, and with some liquid refreshment it is another chance to link up with the rest of the club socially. Please make every effort to come along. It will be great to see you.
