Hi All
Everybody is busy I know.
To make this event work we need a minimum of 20 people.
The cost will be £22 per person per night plus food,which you’ll agree is about the cost of a decent hostel bed in the Lakes or Scotland.
The added bonus is we will have sole use and I think you’ll agree the facilties are exellant.
Obviously the more people we get the cost will reduce.
I have set a deadline to reach these numbers of Friday 3rd August.
If this target of 20 is not achieved then unfortunately the event will be cancelled.

Our 60th anniversary event was a very fun weekend enjoyed by many. As you know, I had a holiday already booked in Italy on the only date available for this bunkhouse, so it is impossible for me. However I do hope that enough people can get together to make the weekend work and have a great time

If we don’t meet these numbers for that weekend, another option is to move it to early October and look at a smaller venue in for example the Peak District.

I am out of the country for all of Sept and PJ is away most of Nov/Dec but Oct should be achievable for both of us. Perhaps try a doodle-poll or similar for a date if Sept is struggling ?
